Gustov's

These are his food, I like the way he cook, it' s professional, and it always taste like it have been calculated how much ingredients to put in exactly. the explain for this maybe bcoz he been working in 5* resort's kitchen. The lamb shank with five spice we eat in the morning was so good that I ate half of it before remember to take picture of it..Dumb!
These arechicken condor blue, sauteed beef with "everything", and sweet and sour fish soup.

bun bo

and this is madam rip-off...I lived here before and still could not get it how she still don't remember my face and treat me not like I am a local..I always pay >25k everytime I eat here, but could not resist...The old Hue woman I knew is on a constructing street, so I eat here. Bun bo here is better than in Hue, believe it or not!

HoiAn May 16

These are specialty of Danang, my favorite city in Vietnam.(Banh Trang thit heo). On the way from the airport to Hoi An, the driver stop here for me to eat, this Tran restaurant is so good, they speciliize themself for local food(which is my favorite)...But at this time in the late night, this is the only item left.
The place are so clean, nice staff and even their customer is nice. I will absolutedly come back (with my sister) in the future.
Everthing was so good taste, except the whining of the dificult husband, with the usual monsterface. I enjoyed rolling dry rice paper with a thin layer of fresh rice paper, fillinf inside with steamed pork, mint leave, lectuce, green banana, cucumber slice, beansprout, basil(our VNs basil)...
How could all of that fit inside a roll, and the dipping is super spicy with crushed garlic and chilli in the "mam nem". I don't know how to say this in English, I don't even know how it make(some kind of paste). But it is perfect!!!

And this "wonton he" , in Vietnamese "hoanh thanh he". We saw the girl making it on the way go to church in Macau...The dipping sauce is the best, chili garlic soya sauce.
Or we also could call this food" Macau Gyoza"
They either boild it or pan sear fry it.Darrel choose the fried one and it was better than mine.
